Return Policy

When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day after the consumer, or a representative previously designated by the consumer and the trader, receives the goods.

During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be opened or used to the extent necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning and to decide whether the consumer wishes to keep the product. If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories, preferably in its original condition and packaging, in accordance with the seller's reasonable and clear instructions.

If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must inform the seller within 14 days of receiving the goods. This notification must be in writing or by email. After notifying the seller of the withdrawal, the consumer must return the product within the following 14 days. The consumer is responsible for proving timely dispatch, for example, by providing a shipping receipt with a tracking number.

Received the wrong product

We're only human, and despite careful checks, it's possible that the wrong product might be sent. No problem – simply send a photo of the received product to info@corimeva.com, and our customer service team will investigate and help you resolve the issue.

Received a damaged or defective product

Although quality is our top priority, in rare cases a product may arrive damaged. In this case, you do not need to return the product; you can keep it or dispose of it. Simply send us an email to info@corimeva.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged product.

If we confirm the defect based on the pictures, we will send you a replacement product immediately and free of charge. If you meet the above conditions, please contact us at  info@corimeva.com.

Returns or exchanges are excluded in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or is damaged
  • The product is underwear, a face mask, a hygiene or cosmetic item.
  • The product has been changed.
  • The product is defective, but is still in its original, resalable condition, unless the defect is our responsibility.

The product is not in its original packaging.

Responsibility for return shipping costs

If you wish to return a product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
